Hello everyone
I have a silver pendant with a silver label, but I can't recognize it.
I think it may have come from the 18th century. I'm not sure. Perhaps it's France? Italy? Or Spain?
But I don't seem to be able to find the same silver label. I hope to receive everyone's help.
Thanks to anyone that can give me a hand

I'm sorry, it seems that the linked image is a bit too small.

Re: A silver mark on a silver pendant
Hi welcome to the forum.Looks like a fob seal pendant. Traditionally attached to watch chains during the Georgian and Victorian periods and used to seal wax upon letters, nowadays these fobs are used as pendants.
Can we see an image of the seal face?
Only one, unclear mark? Could it be the French weevil mark?

Re: A silver mark on a silver pendant
Hello
Thank you very much for your reply. I think its outline may not be very similar to Weevil.
This is indeed a seal pendant. He has a crest on the front. The coat of arms bears the crown of a Duke in Western Europe or the crown of a Count in Germany. The pattern of the shield is a horizontal line with black and gold stripes on a silver background. On both sides are two angels.
Actually, since I haven't identified a specific family, I want to use the silver marker to determine the direction. thank you
Here are the pictures.

Re: A silver mark on a silver pendant
Thanks for the additional image of the seal face. I have moved you to the Family Crests section perhaps one of our contributors recognize the crest.
Good luck in your search.
