since it's not really my field, I wonder if someone more knowledgeable and "on the piece" can tell me the origin of this miniature wine taster in the manner of the German weinprobierschale of Augsburg and Nurnberg.

Is German or Deutch or neither? I apologize in advance for the images but they ar the best I could do.
