Does anyone have an opinion on country of manufacture? My guess France.
Have not been able to find anything similar anywhere. Even thought pressed brass is this still regarded as Champleve enamel?
very small size 10 x 5 x 6.5 cm. 4inches wide ,2inches high 2 3/4 inches wide.very fine small enamel sections.

Google search thinks it is Russian Enamel (which it is not)
