::::: This could be a Chinese Export Silver belt. :::::: There is another silver tradition in China called "Miao Silver" that might be of interest to you, there are huge headdresses and belts in this traditional silversmithing culture, but these belts are a different style and often not hallmarked. ::::::
::::: If the letters in the hallmarks are not 19th Century Chinese script, then we will investigate another possibility, but first we think about China. :::
