Help with Egyptian date

I have a small silver tray inscribed with the year "1946" on the front but I can't decipher actual the arabic date symbol/character at the end of the other hallmarks. Any suggestions?

Time frame can be limited to 1941 - 1946.
From 1941 the Latin characters have been replaced by Arabic characters.
In October 1946, the "cat facing left" mark was changed to the "lotus flower blossom mark" .
Your mark is a cat, meaning it was made before 1946.
Date letter is Arabic, meaning it was made after 1941.
The closest is 1941 - 1942 (position of dots and form of the lines were not always consistent with Arabic handwriting).
