Unknown European? marks on vintage Red Riding Hood rattle

Hello!

Although I'm not new to this site and have relied on info presented here for many years, I'm newly registered to the forum. I have a question regarding the marks on this double-sided vintage silver Little Red Riding Hood rattle. Looks like LBO with 80 underneath and only appears on one side of the rattle. There are also 3 marks along the side...not sure if they are part of the design and they are on the other side as well.

:::: Seems like "LBO 90" to my eyes so in cases like this the "90" refers to the grams of silver used in the silver-plating process, so this is silver-plated and not sterling silver, I'm not sue who LBO is but my best guess is that is a Germany maker, it's a nice design, the pieces with "90" on them occasionally confuse people because the mark with "900" silver which is sometimes seen as a purity stamp on silver objects ::::::::

Thanks so much, I truly appreciate the info! I cleaned up the mark and with a loupe, confirmed it was '90' and not '80,' so you were spot-on.
