Tried looking at European marks, but the 925 STERLING part has got me

:::::: I am thinking Otto Wolter but the mark is similar to Otto Hintze it's hard for me to tell ::::::

Thanks for the answer. On closer inspection, the marks for Otto Wolter are the closest.
