These soup spoons which look like they have a 1900 date letter along with typical London Hallmarks have sponsor's or maker's marks that I cannot identify. The C & S Co Ld mark is pretty clear, but I didn't notice the FH mark until this post was began, so I've added a third image. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Your "clear" C&SCoLtd is actually G&SCoLtd - Goldsmiths & SIlversmiths Co Ltd. FH are the initials of Francis Higgins III.
