Hi Amena, without the sizes, it fits comfortably in your palm of your hand. I go for snuff or pill box.

the photo you posted resolved all doubts.
It's really a pipe box. As far as I'm concerned, it's the first time I've seen one.
There is nothing inside mine, perhaps there was something in the past that is no longer there.
