Old German Ladle - City? Maker?

Hello everyone,
I've just added another old German ladle to my collection, but once again, I'm not sure which city it might be from. The slightly worn hallmark seems to read “Halsberg” as the maker I suppose, "13" surely indicating 13 Loth, and "FH" representing the city?


Any insights you can offer would be greatly appreciated! 😊

Oh, and just to test my ability to estimate production years — I’d guess this ladle dates to around 1830–1840 based on its style. What do you think? 😊
