Soupladle, Knickmeier, Germany

This Soupladle is clearly marked with the citymark of Weimar (?) and the name Knickmeier.
However on internet I cannot find any hits. Can somebody help me with this one?

It is Swiss, Basel.
Johann Philipp Knickmeyer, around 1850.
