Made between 1704 and 1710, this piece stands about 3" high.
It has two names.

It's not necessarily for traveling, and it's not specifically for the last sacrament.

All those years at Our Lady of Fatima finally paid off! I think someone actually posted a question about one here recently, think it has gone unanswered, but can't seem to track it down.
