Silver Letter Opener with mark 600

Hi
Would appreciate any help with this mark. The letter opener appears to be Silver , it is flat with a medievel gargoyle type figure at the top with 600 stamped beneath it. I believe it may have come from the Netherlands.

Hi,

First impression says that it's an indonesian "kris" form letter opener (traditional dagger). Could very well be traded in the Netherlands as Indonesia is a former colony and there are many people from Indonesian descent living here.
