sterling pedastal cups with hallmarks help

Two sterling pedastal cups, one with hallmark, the other just marked sterling weighted. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

The mark is that of M. Fred Hirsch Co., Inc, of Jersey City, NJ in business from approximately 1920-1945.
