The 3 Andreas crosses with crown is to fake the town mark of Amsterdam.
The lion with crown is to fake the 934/000 mark for silver (poorly done because it should face the other direction).
The "leafe" or "flower" is an imaginary makers mark (from a Schoonhoven maker) and is documented under number 417 of "Valse Zilvermerken in Nederland" by Citroen.
The letter (I think it's a K) resembles a dateletter from Rotterdam.
