Hallmark question - SS??

I have a set of forks that I don't know anything about, I cannot find the hallmark anywhere...

Hi I have spoons and forks with similar markings to yours but I also have Sheffield England Rd 898207 on them, th Rd number dates them about 1960.On the front of the shafts I have a rose design from top to bottom,the storck starting at the prong end with a rose and leaves in the middle and the stem carrying onto the top with leaves
