Marking on Ring JED .925

I have a ring from my grandmother ( Who is no longer with us to help identify it) that no one in the family knows anything about. I am unable to take a picture of it at this time but is has markings on the inside that read JED .925
My mother and I believe it is silver with 5 stones that we think are diamonds or something that resembles diamonds. in between and next to each stone is bar so it looks something like this: |o|o|o|o|o|
The profile of the ring actully looks like this: ||||||||||| as the prongs that hold the stones in for the same bars as the top.

If anyone has any more information about this marking I would be very appreciative. Thank you.
