Apex Spoons

Post by Varouge »

Hello
I found three of these spoons they are tea spoon with 4-1/4inchs long, I can't fined any logo or hallmark on the spoons other than on the back it says sterling silver APEX, I don't know if APEX is a hallmark or a makers mark < I looked on the internet couldn't fined anything , has anyone have a clue where this spoons were made and who made them?
thank you for all your help

Not positive, but I think the Apex trademark was used by G&E Rodd, Melbourne, Australia.
They were founded in 1919.
Early in their history they made mostly jewelry.
Around 1930 they began to manufacture flatware.
