Silverplate spoon IY & S - need help with makers mark

Can anyone identify these marks? There are five marks: a star, 1, IY, &S, and a symbol that looks like a Q. Thank you.

Not positive, but I think that set of marks was used by Israel Yudelmann, Sheffield, England.
In business from 1905 to 1925.
